Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply statistical methods for randomized controlled trials to inform product development and deployment decisions
• Design scalable systems and tooling for high-throughput experimentation across the Windows ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to define metrics and ensure robust causal inference

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant field with 1+ years of data science experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience applying data science techniques in a business or applied research setting
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data and applying statistical techniques
