Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Informatics Voice of Customer Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop consultative analytic reports for national account clients focusing on disability, absence, voluntary benefits, and life products
- Lead the development of new reporting and analytics capabilities by collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends and enhance reporting models
- Provide consultative support and troubleshoot data issues while cultivating partnerships with various business units
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in math, economics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; statistical programming in Python or R preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an analytic and consulting capacity with proven business results
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Group Disability products preferred
