Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, Product Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders to set the product strategy and analytics roadmap for the Personal Loans product
• Use analytics tools to understand user behavior and funnel performance, making proactive recommendations for growth
• Design and conduct quantitative analysis to test hypotheses and collaborate with partners to prioritize problems and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in product analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience in technology, marketplace, or fintech companies is preferred
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members on technical subjects
