Key Responsibilities
- Implement a new PSDS focusing on the MVP of portal setup and workflows for the Help Desk
- Support foundational setup for future self-service experiences for customers
- Utilize NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies in service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Multiple years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow AI is a plus
