Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer to implement new digital services and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a new PSDS focusing on the MVP of portal setup and workflows for the Help Desk
• Support foundational setup for future self-service experiences for customers
• Utilize NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies in service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Multiple years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows
• Experience with ServiceNow AI is a plus
