Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Development Manager to join their Video Film Content team remotely on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily content management and ensure timely publication across YouTube and internal platforms
• Manage the workload for 123 GO! and 123 GO! Food, including compilations and livestreams
• Coordinate localisation and distribution for multiple regions and languages while monitoring content performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels or large-scale digital media projects
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Deep understanding of digital video production workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
