Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Development Support Engineer to join their Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Development escalation point for internal IT support teams, providing guidance and resolution for complex technical issues
- Identifies, investigates, and documents software bugs and defects in clinical applications
- Supports cloud-based deployments and application rollouts in coordination with IT and DevOps teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementations role focused on technical operations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems across cloud, network, and application layers
- Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, ArgoCD, AWS services, and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages such as Python, Bash, and YAML
