Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize onboarding, expansion, and retention journeys using HubSpot
- Own and optimize brand presence across review platforms and manage customer communication strategies
- Track sponsorship ROI and collaborate with teams to enhance marketing activity's impact on revenue and retention
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in digital, lifecycle, or customer marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of North American customer lifecycle and buying behavior
- Experience with customer review management platforms and digital brand monitoring tools
- Familiarity with customer success tooling and excellent project management skills
