Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI Platforms & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms and tools to enhance trading experiences and operational efficiency
• Identify and execute high-value AI initiatives across customer experiences and brokerage operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while driving AI adoption and reporting progress to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of product management experience, including 5+ years at the Senior Director level in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Data Science is preferred
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations or equivalent technology experience
• Experience navigating SEC/FINRA compliance frameworks for AI solutions
