Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of Medicare Advantage products through data-driven insights and market analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful plan design, implementation, and compliance with regulations
• Manage and develop team members while overseeing vendor partnerships and market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage plan design or related health plan leadership roles
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience within a health plan or payer organization
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage revenue models
• Proven experience managing teams with a focus on coaching and professional development
