Senior Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI Platforms & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms and tools to enhance trading experiences and operational efficiency
• Identify and execute high-value AI initiatives that improve customer experiences and brokerage operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while driving AI adoption

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, with 5+ years at the Senior Director level or above in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is preferred
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations, equities, options, and/or futures
• Experience navigating SEC/FINRA compliance frameworks to deliver compliant AI solutions
