A company is looking for a Senior Director of AI Transformation to lead the development and delivery of its enterprise-wide AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex AI concepts into practical applications that solve real business problems and drive measurable outcomes
• Establish frameworks for ethical AI use and oversee data governance practices to ensure quality and integrity in AI applications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or digital leadership with hands-on experience in AI-enabled strategy
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including generative AI, NLP, and machine learning
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education is a strong plus
• Experience in the Marketing Technology and Services industry is preferred
