Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment reliability and implement global Equipment Reliability Excellence programs
• Lead the elimination of OEE losses and optimize throughput by identifying production bottlenecks
• Drive digitalization initiatives and develop training programs for workforce capabilities in digital tools

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, industrial engineering, and asset management
• Proficiency in analytics, predictive modeling, and KPI-driven performance optimization
• Strong capability to drive digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
