Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of a medical record retrieval and analysis platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather and validate business and technical requirements
• Configure platform components to meet client-specific needs and conduct system testing
• Maintain documentation and assist in the development of training materials for users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical client-facing role
• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry preferred
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and testing
• Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms and working with APIs and data integrations
