Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering, Copilot Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment across teams to define and evolve the architecture of GPU infrastructure and AI serving platform
• Oversee capacity planning, dynamic traffic shaping, and abuse mitigation systems for performance and reliability
• Guide teams in designing scalable, secure, and observable systems that meet business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years' experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with proven experience in production software coding
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years' experience in Software Engineering is preferred
• Deep understanding of distributed systems performance, including autoscaling and load balancing
• Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth environments
