Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Learning & Organization Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Design and oversee multi-tiered leadership development curricula and succession planning processes
  • Build and lead a high-performing learning and organizational development team while managing the annual budget


Required Qualifications
  • Masters in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive learning and development experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise-wide L&D functions
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries preferred
  • Proven track record leading L&D in organizations with 5,000+ employees
