Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Material Innovation and Supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead material innovation and development strategy for various product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage multifunctional collaboration and staffing for material development projects, ensuring effective team dynamics and project execution
• Evaluate emerging material technologies and drive the commercialization of materials through a stage-gate process

Qualifications/Education and Experience Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or material science; Ph.D. preferred
• 10+ years of material development and commercialization experience preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and influence personnel and business units
• Demonstrated success in driving results in a cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting
