Key Responsibilities

• Lead Software Engineering teams and develop system engineering principles aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with software regulations and oversee validation and verification processes
• Manage the software development process, ensuring integration and performance metrics are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in system engineering within the molecular diagnostics or medical device industry
• 4+ years of experience in a formal people management role, including managing remote teams
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards
• Strong knowledge of system design, integration, and validation processes
