Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and professional development to the technical and reporting accounting team
• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements
• Lead the technical accounting team in researching and resolving complex accounting matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA; Public accounting experience with Big 4
• 15+ years of experience in public accounting/private industry with increasing responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with a record of leading initiatives across the organization
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with M&A due diligence, valuations, and accounting for complex transactions
