Job Summary

A company is looking for an East Coast Editor to lead their flagship daily newsletter in the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an editor and content driver for the daily newsletter
• Write an anchor column at least twice a month providing deep analysis or editorial voice
• Edit stories from two East Coast-based reporters and integrate exclusive data into the newsletter

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of journalism experience, including 2 years in a management role
• Strong working knowledge of commercial real estate and related sectors
• Proven experience writing or editing under tight deadlines in a newsletter or daily news environment
• Background or training in data journalism strongly preferred
• Ability to find insights in overlooked sources and explain them clearly to a business audience
