A company is looking for a Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage customer-facing messaging programs throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop lifecycle marketing strategy and manage the email and lifecycle marketing roadmap
- Own key lifecycle growth targets and execute campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Track KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment
- Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms like Inflection.io, Marketo, or Braze
- Familiarity with Pendo or similar in-app engagement platforms
- Proven track record of building automated, personalized lifecycle programs
- Strong skills in segmentation, testing, and analytics
