Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction, performance, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and enhancements
• Collaborate with product owners and manage the work of internal developers and third-party integrators
• Coach and mentor team members while leading platform implementation projects and ensuring system stability and security

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred
• Experience implementing systems using Agile methodology
