Senior Director of Biologics MSAT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, MSAT Biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the MSAT strategy for CDMO manufacturing operations
• Build and lead the MSAT team, promoting scientific excellence and collaboration
• Oversee technology transfer and process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in biologics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep understanding of upstream and downstream bioprocessing
• Proven track record in process development and technology transfer of biologics products
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and ICH guidelines relevant to biologics manufacturing
