Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering organization across iOS, Android, and backend
• Own the full people-management lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and coaching engineers
• Establish and enforce engineering processes to drive predictable, high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in engineering management
• Proven success in hiring and retaining high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical background in consumer-facing mobile apps and scalable backend systems
• Deep understanding of modern engineering processes including agile development and CI/CD
• Experience with cross-platform development and a passion for gaming and consumer products
