Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-budget, cross-functional team in an Agile environment

• Hire and supervise engineers, develop individual development plans, and manage multiple projects concurrently

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience
• 8+ years of combined experience in software development
• Technological background in Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, and SQL-oriented data backends
• Experience with automated infrastructure, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures
• Ability to coordinate and own large features from design to implementation
