Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, managing multiple teams
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong product mindset with experience in cross-functional relationships
• Technical foundation for making appropriate technical decisions
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
