Key Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of algorithms for motion planning in autonomous driving

Required Qualifications
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or a Master's with 7+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of research experience in robotics/motion planning with a proven project leadership track record
- 5+ years of C++ software development experience focused on high-performance systems
- Experience leading technical development from problem formulation to deployment
- Strong drive for knowledge and innovation in autonomous driving technology
