Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager - Application Platform & Trading Operations Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee development of reusable application-layer frameworks and tools for OddsFactory services
• Guide teams in building operational playbooks and strategies for trading platform readiness during peak events
• Shape a combined roadmap for platform investment and operational readiness while fostering an engineering culture of enablement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams or domains
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in a cloud-native, service-oriented environment
• Proven experience in building internal tools and frameworks used across multiple teams
• Demonstrated success in leading teams responsible for production operations in high-scale environments
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills across platform, product, and operations
