Key Responsibilities
- Own flagship events and tradeshow strategy to drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact, and brand visibility
- Lead the execution of major annual tradeshows and develop a repeatable event framework to enhance efficiency
- Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and leverage data to track performance and optimize campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in event marketing or demand generation, preferably in B2B software or SaaS
- Proven experience in building and scaling event programs that yield measurable results
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Expertise in event operations and process creation
- Data-driven mindset with experience in setting KPIs and analyzing performance
