Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facets Developer / Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom code and enhancements within the Facets claims module
• Apply advanced SQL scripting and real-time development skills to analyze data and support Facets claim logic
• Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and ensure technical solutions align with operational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Facets Developer with a strong focus on the claims module
• Proven ability to write and maintain custom code that modifies or enhances Facets claims processing
• Expert-level SQL knowledge and experience using it for data extraction and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle and adjudication rules
• Experience working in a business analyst capacity, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical design
