Senior Field Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Field Engineering infrastructure, including pre-sales Demo Kit applications and custom demo applications
• Implement and maintain operational dashboards and alerts for Field Engineering infrastructure
• Design, develop, and deliver compelling product demos and training materials for SEs, customers, and the community

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience as a SRE, Developer, Architect, or presales Solution Architect
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and enterprise product engineering
• Deep hands-on proficiency with at least one cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment strategies, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with observability platforms and experience in building technical content for audiences
