Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment
• Inspect die and packages to Military and Jedec standards using microscopes
• Train other employees on equipment operation and maintain organized work areas

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with microelectronics assembly processes is preferred
• Ability to follow defined specifications and instructions
• Experience with hand tools for delicate product processing
