Senior Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance & operational initiatives that inform decision-making and elevate company performance
• Partner with GTM, product, and operations leaders to identify and execute opportunities that drive growth and efficiency
• Own and evolve G&A or key operational systems & processes, ensuring rigor across finance, legal, IT, and InfoSec

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting/operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with planning/analytics tools is a plus
• A strategic mindset with a bias for action, comfortable operating from high-level frameworks to execution
• Proactive and adaptable, with experience in a fast-moving growth-stage environment
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required
