Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis activities and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and track key financial metrics and prepare financial reports for senior leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
