Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the organization's commission system with employee and commission plan changes
• Develop and test new commission plans in the commission system
• Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar position
• Minimum of 2 years commission/payroll experience preferred
• SQL training and familiarity with general Database functions a plus
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel, including pivot tables)
