Senior Firmware Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs integrated system components and develops high-quality engineering deliverables to meet performance, scalability, and availability metrics
• Participates in requirement definition, technical architecture review, iterative development, and code review
• Investigates, designs, prototypes, and evaluates the technical feasibility of new technologies while developing core practices and frameworks for consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Linux and C/C++ development environment, Linux Kernel, Networking, and software security analysis
• Experience with toolchain: Buildroot or Yocto, and firmware Over-The-Air upgrade
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as Wifi, Bluetooth, LTE, and IoT device development
• Expert in three or more engineering disciplines or coding languages
