Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst - Customer Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security controls, policies, and product architecture
- Lead customer security questionnaires, audits, and contract reviews within defined SLAs
- Utilize and enhance tools and technologies for managing support requests and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles
- Baseline knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment, particularly in a Security startup or B2B SaaS firm
- 2+ years on a Security Customer Assurance team, handling customer inquiries and audits
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
