Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to support clinical and operational decision-making through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track clinical outcomes and operational reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate interventions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics in a professional work environment
• Proficient in one or more querying languages (SQL, Python, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.)
• Proficient in one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Proven capability to own initiatives end-to-end through data analysis and visualization
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, explore root causes, and implement solutions independently
