Senior Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Implementation to lead and grow their implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the implementation team, fostering a customer-first mindset
• Forecast resource needs and refine implementation processes for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project visibility

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience leading implementation teams for SaaS solutions
• Proven track record in strategic leadership and building scalable processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple implementations
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations, preferably in tax, accounting, or professional services
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Jira is a plus
