Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and improve its AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and respond to error reporting for all systems, including outage reporting
• Perform on-call duties to ensure system compliance with SOC 2, SLA agreements, and HIPAA
• Audit, scale, and optimize existing AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency and availability

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in DevOps and server/infrastructure engineering
• Expert-level experience in AWS and Linux server environments
• Strong knowledge of databases, particularly MySQL and AuroraDB
• Experience with Docker and container management best practices
• Proficient in shell scripting and at least one other scripting language (e.g., Python, PHP)
