Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences for global learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply user experience principles to create intuitive learning experiences and validate their effectiveness
• Design and deliver digital learning modules and collaborate with teams to develop high-quality content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Linguistics, UX Design, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development, with some team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Demonstrated ability to apply UX thinking in designing learning experiences
• Proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Articulate or Figma
