Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences for various audiences
• Conduct needs analysis, develop course materials, and create assessment instruments to measure learning effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design, organizational development, training and development, or communication; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate RISE and Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with LMS and LXP platforms
• Certification in administration of personality inventories (e.g., DISC, HBDI, Myers Briggs)
• Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems
