A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences for various audiences
- Conduct needs analysis, develop course materials, and create assessment instruments to measure learning effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in instructional design, organizational development, training and development, or communication; Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate RISE and Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with LMS and LXP platforms
- Certification in administration of personality inventories (e.g., DISC, HBDI, Myers Briggs)
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems
