Senior Jira Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Jira Engineer to support agile transformation in the Financial Services Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Jira dashboards using JQL and scripting tools for advanced reporting
• Collaborate with teams to automate workflows and optimize Jira usage across agile teams
• Support integration of Jira with other tools and translate business KPIs into visual reports

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in Jira engineering roles
• Expertise in JQL and advanced dashboard configurations
• Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner or equivalent plugins
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
• Experience in enterprise-scale banking or financial projects is a strong plus
