Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ML strategy by defining and maintaining a clear roadmap for podcast-related applications
• Advise leadership on ML initiatives and guide prioritization for development and rollout of ML features
• Mentor engineers in ML practices and collaborate with various teams to enhance podcast engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning with expertise in building and productionizing ML systems at scale
• Fluency in Python; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a strong plus
• Experience with large-scale data systems and end-to-end ML workflows
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, and ML infra tools such as Ray or Apache Beam
• Experience or strong interest in agent-based systems and LLM integrations
