Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in a high-growth tech company
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven success in defining and scaling data-driven lifecycle programs across multiple segments
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement and reporting tools such as Iterable, Gainsight, or Salesforce
