Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Director, Paid Search (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SEM channel specialists and account leads, overseeing client partnerships and contract negotiations
- Drive Paid Search strategy and performance, presenting strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in new business pitches and collaborate with cross-channel leads on media planning and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Paid Search experience
- Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1MM+ monthly
- Recent experience optimizing for LLMs across both paid and organic search
- 5+ years of management experience with at least 3 direct reports at Associate Director level or above
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
