A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital CRM to lead their digital CRM marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy, planning, and optimization of campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS
- Own KPIs for engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue impact while leading A/B testing initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated lifecycle marketing strategies and align cross-channel campaigns with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, focusing on Email, Push, and SMS channels
- Proven success in developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
