Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve catalog infrastructure, including product categorization and quality assurance systems
• Manage and mentor a catalog operations team to ensure strong execution and development

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in operations, merchandising, or product roles in e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces
• People management experience, including managing individual contributors and vendor relationships
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with product and engineering teams
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex workflows
• Comfort working with tools like Excel and light analytics tools
