Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Field Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of Field Engineers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Ensure customer requirements are met by partnering with Product Management and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in the high tech industry with roles such as Developer, Sales Engineer, or Manager
• 5+ years of people management experience in a sales organization
• Direct experience in selling monitoring/data/visualization products
• Experience with formal sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and complex enterprise sales is a plus
