Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• 7 years of experience in presales and managing presales teams
• Deep experience with the Japan market and access to senior management of Japanese customers
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and PaaS solutions
