Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid social strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports while driving a test-and-learn culture
- Oversee campaign management, including budget pacing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 6 - 8 years of experience managing and evolving paid social programs
- Proven success in leading high-performing teams and developing talent
- Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with strategic rigor
